Abstract As a critical step to integrate micro-nano electronic components on the soft substrate, transfer printing allows facile fabrication of flexible electronics. The key successful process is modulate interfacial adhesion strength at stamp/device interface. an advanced approach, electromagnetic-assisted explores sealed chamber with magnetic stamp film bottom that can be reversibly actuated by externally applied field. deflected changes pressure inside Here, we investigate various design considerations and demonstrate NdFeB particles dispersed in silicone polymer.
